Jennifer's work on human capacity is also informed by lived experience of continuing to live and work with a Stage IV cancer diagnosis described as incurable. She has spoken internationally on resilience and designed organisational resilience work recognised within the British wellbeing sector, using validated measures including the Perceived Stress Scale in programme evaluation.
